Admin email address

On how many places can you change the admin email address in the CP?
I took over a forum from someone and I changed the email address of the admin account everywhere to my email...
Well at least I thought...
Now the old owner tells me that he receives emails from members because they got a forum message with his email address still mentionned.

Also, when I send a newsletter to all members, I still have the option to send it as it comes from the old owner's email address...

So somewhere his email address is still in the CP...

Can anyone tell me all places in CP where I would need to change the email address?

I think thats about it. Oh yes the email in his profile itself, i believe that must've been removed.
