Todays Active Topics tab not working

Some of my members are experiencing a problem with the "Todays Active Topics" tab and can't access it while other members have no problems.. I have looked in the AP but can't find anywhere to check member access to this..
It there a fault with the tab on my forum? Or does the fault lay with the members, who can't access the tab, browser?

Please ask the users what do they mean, by not able to access it? Do they get any error. There is no setting for this.

They are getting a message saying "You are not authorised to use this facility" when they click on the "Todays Active Topics" tab.

This started happening Friday and a few more members are getting the same message.

Can you post a screenshot of this for reference?

No its happening every time they try to open the tab.

Can you provide me with an account detail via PM which faces this problem? You can change the password after i check it once.

I'm not sure to understand the issue.

I've activated the widget "Most active topics" on your portal after having verify the permissions.
Then, I logged in your forum as a member and I was able to see the topics.

Which members have issue with it ?

Sorry for the mix up... Its not a widget on the portal page its the tab that appears at the bottom of the forums....

Any update on this issue yet?? My members are asking if it has been resolved yet.
Another problem has also appeared for some members when viewing other members profile.. When they click on the "Topics" tab in the profile to view all topics started by the member who's profile they are looking at get the same message "You are not authorised to use this facility". Are these both linked to the same problem?

I will bring this to the attention of Leeloo once more. Regret the delay.

Edit : Do you know that your permissions are set on "Moderators" only for this option ?

Didn't realise that the permissions were set to "Moderators" only however my Moderators couldn't access this tab at the time either...

The error seems to have gone now so thank you to Leeloo and the Tech team
