Do you mean a blog on your forum? Even if you just have links to things like that, your forum can be banned. Is your forum and blog hosted by Forumotion.

Why can I post my art and stuff on that forum?
I don't understand something, your content policy does not specify of fiction so I should be allowed for sexual stuff not porn in nature.
Furthermore why would I be punished for external link to a BLOG? The content itself is not on the site/forum.

Anything that is sexual could be termed pornographic. Remember your forum will be used and seen by people around the world that have different ideas about things like this.
