Requesting a Favicon for my forum.

Creation Type: Favicon.
Size (In Pixels): 16 X 16, this is the size of our default one.
Primary Colors: Blue and gray, as in the example, below.
Secondary Colors: White, where needed.
Images to include: See original art example below.
Text to Insert: No text.
Font (Provide Download Link): As seen on our forum banner.
Font Color: Blue and gray, as in example below.
Link to My Forumotion Forum: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Username on forum: Deb
Extra Comments: We would like the artwork below developed into a favicon. Use either the fish only, as shown below, or the letters CVAS, as seen in our forum banner - whichever one will show up the best at size 16px X 16px.

Thank you, Caliburn, that is actually pretty good! I know how hard it is to get that image to show up as small as we want it - two members of my forum have already tried.

I'd like to try it out and then post back here after the trial, if that is all right?
