How do I add an Admin/Moderator image?

How do I add an Admin/Moderator image under username instead of the default Admin/Mod text? I tried doing it via ranks administration but the Admin text is still there. Is there another way? Cant find an image box under groups

AP>User&Groups>Rank Administration>Add New rank or modify existing rank>Put in image URL

As I said I did do that but it didnt replace the Admin text with the image, just added the image under it. I want the text removed

But, that way in the admin panel while choosing the ranks for a user you would see a blank & you would need to do it on a trial basis to check.

Thanks rideem the <img> element worked a treat! I didnt know you could use HTML in the rank heading. That gives me some ideas. I will style it now
