Any way to replace the search tab with an actual search bar? SOLVED

Is there any way to do this? I want to remove the search tab on the nav bar but i do not want to put the actual search bar where that was i want to put it on the nav bar but away from everything else.

Like a search bar like forumotion has on the toolbar with the little magnifying glass. ^^
