    Is there a way to remove the E-Mail verification thingy..??

    So ppl can register without verify their mail...

    Nope. You can only choose between User or Admin registration. In user registration members receive an e-mail they need to confirm themselves and in admin registration, you receive an e-mail that you need to confirm for every new registered member.
