Can't access forum after domain expired

Hello,

I created a forumotion forum years ago (URL adress, please see my profile, then I used custom domain, by following all instruction in changing the DNS etc.

But then when this domain expired, I can't access the original free domain and always redirected to the expired domain.
Now, i want to renew my custom domain again but I can't access my forum.

Please help...

If you haven't used your forumotion forum in years then its most likely it was deleted.

When your forum goes inactive it will eventually be removed and when your domain expires it will redirect you to the closest matching domain.

However, I'm not 100% it would take one of the admins on this site to confirm if your forum was deleted.

You have an external domain name, so you can't renew it through the Admin Panel of your forum.

I've cancelled the automatic redirection that was configurated, so that you can access your forum through his first URL.
