[HELP] verifying webmaster tool

hello,
i have readed this thread https://help.forumotion.com/t9488-google-webmaster-tools , but i'm still getting stuck..

Recommended: HTML file upload
Upload an HTML file to your site.

1. Download this HTML verification file. <html_file>

2. Upload the file to <Link>

3. Confirm successful upload by visiting <link html> in your browser.

4. Click Verify below.

To stay verified, don't remove the HTML file, even after verification succeeds.

i have already downloaded the HTML file, but i don't know how to upload that HTML file...

please help me...

what code did you mean?

When you go to Google to add your site click on you want a Meta tags code it will then give you code some thing like this

you need to give me the code and then i can give you the right part of the code to enter in the ACP

i can't find meta tags button..

ok can you give me your sites URL.

And Do the following steps for me please
NOTE::::You must have an account with google to make this work

Step 1
Go to your google account and then Click your profile Pic you will see the account link click that

Now you should see on the left hand side a set of other links you need to go right to the bottom of the list to products

Click the word products
This will then give you a list of things to click on.

You are looking for webmasters tools

Step 2
When you click webmasters tools you will now see ADD A SITE in red on the right hand side click that

Now there will be a box come up asking you to put your URL of your site in there ..
Add your site in there and click continue.

Now it should give you a list of ways to put your site on google your looking for the meta tags
