Categories not showing on this theme

Hi friends please solved my prob, I like this forum theme http://avacsurdu.Friendhood.net see this forum in this forum categories r showing every thing is ok, i search this theme and find it easily i instal this theme on my forum but after that i see my forum categories not showing :-( only top Categery ( forum) showing but others catageries not showing i make already 5,6 catageries, i try to put the catageries Bar icon in Admin - Display- Pic mangment- but after putting categery bar icons, i see no changes. i need your help 1st try to solved my prob if not solved than give me other link of this theme i try this 1 http://en.hitskin.com/search-a-skin/graphic-design-skin-150451.htm but in this i face categery prob give me same theme but of diffrent link which created by other person and theme is fully compeleted, no eror inside them. Thanks.

Split categories on Index: Medium
Save
See if that sorts the problem.
