since the FM chatbox is no longer work on forumotion , is there any replace to it so we can have a moving chatbox in the forum ?

Yes, Avacweb chat is a pop up chat with private messaging and one on one chat rooms and more: http://www.avacweb.com/t532-avacweb-chat

i did tray this but it give me buggs since my forum is phpbb2 , is there any other cahtbox to use ?

What do you mean by moving chatbox? You can use the original chatbox:
Administration Panel > Modules > Chatbox
Administration Panel > Modules > Chatbox

i mean a small chatbox that show at the bottom right of the forum , and members can use it everywhere , in topics , portal ...
