Unable to Access Admin Panel (important)

It seems that I am unable to access the admin panel on both of my forums.

There seems to be an issue with the buttons that locate me from the index (or any other part of the forum including portal) to a blank page. If anyone can provide me a temporary solution (that is the shortcut to admin panel at the end of the URL), then that would be a great help.

Aside from that, please fix this problem.
