I NEED HELP, IM LOCKED OUT OF MY FORUM

My forum is EXTREMELY important, I just started it last night and EVERY password that I use will not work!

I use majority of the same passwords for everything I use that are very strong and none of them are working.

I have a very important client base and REALLY need to get back into my forum ASAP due to the fact that I need to activate members.

I tried doing the recover e-mail but its saying that its disabled in the security settings but I cant access the settings!

My original e-mail all I have is this

| Username : Admin
| Password : it is the password you chose during the creation process

I SERIOUSLY need access to my forums like tonight, and if there's nothing I can do then please let me know so I can make another one with someone else and get it setup

ALSO, I made an extra account and gave it administrative privaliges, at least I thought I did, but the administrative access link at the bottom of the page isn't showing up, or is there another way to get into it from another account?
