I'm using that.. Well. USED it...
Even though I am logged in, it still asks for the user and the pass in the html page. ~_~

I don't believe on a html page, its possible to remove it once logged in.

Well, why not add a widget with this? Then have the permission for guests only to view. So when logged in, this widget would not appear.

That's because there is no widget tools for a html page...

Well, it can be the same as the forum widgets management.

I'm using a custom html where I don't use the forum's tables and headers... I can't put widget there.
