    In my admin panel, I was re-doing the background and when I clicked save and went to the forum to check, it didn't appear. This had happened a couple of times and it's very frustrating for me. It also includes the cursor, for me it shows a ribbon, but my friends told me the cursor looks like a cake.

    Maybe you have your CSS Stylesheet customized. Some of CSS codes can change your background images.
