Failed Log in, 10 times plus - 90 minute banishment. Way to reverse?

Hi,

So I just tried to sign into a forum 10 times incorrectly and was hit with a notice of 90 minutes banishment. However I think my computer decided to lag out I hit refresh multiple times and I now think this 90 minutes could end up being quite a few hours. I was wondering is their anyway the admin of the forum could reverse this?


I know its my fault for forgetting my password to this forum. However I have a feeling since my laptop lagged and hit a bunch of buttons trying to get my laptop to respond I think its going to be more than 90 mins. Can an admin of that forum reverse this in anyway?

Sorry, cannot reverse this. You have to wait out the specified time period.

The problem is I don't know the specified time period. It says 90 minutes but as I explained above, it could be more and obviously I don't want to add to this time period.

As I think each unsuccessful log in after than adds another 90 minutes.

Nopes, i think it would be just 90 minutes. Just don't try logging in now.

Yeah the terrible thing is I'm actually an admin on that forum so I couldn't request a new password. I recently changed my password on that forum and completely forgot it.

Anyway I've got a new password now.
