Money and Likeing issues

Alright there are two issues i currently face XD

1. Is there any way to make a money system that only admins can add money too? like is someone were to do something that earned them points they would send a money request and the Admin would add like 50$ to their account instead of members doing it themselves?

2. I have been messing around with a few widgets and cant find the one i want. Were is the 'Like' button were a user can like a post?

The widget is placed in Personal widgets tab, like in the image below:

Thats not what i mean. I mean i make a thread and in the corner it says 'Like this post' and when the press 'like' at the bottom of the post it says "Username liked this post"

The like system: ACP >> Modules >> Points and Reputation >> Reputation
Although, this like system doesn't let you see who has like your post.

The points; make sure you have it activated: ACP >> Modules >> Points and Reputation >> Points System: You can rename it and set up the points etc...

Then, points donation: that's for you to add the money to the users. (ACP >> Modules >> Points and Reputation >> Point Donation) Search for the User, then add or take points or whatever name you're going to give to your system.
