theme changer, little problem

so i followed this tut right here: http://www.avacweb.com/t415-11-a-good-theme-changer
and it's actually working just fine, but somehow that box thingy doesn't want to stay in its place when i'm switching between themes. in the lighter one it's alright and when i switch back to the darker one it jumps somewhere to the right and it's confusing me, since both css codes for the box are exactly the same.. any ideas?

yeah i'll try some other codes later, but now i think it's fixed, at least on safari it looks fixed, the toolbar was messing with the codes somehow.

okay i tried some other ones but i gotta say that this one is the best one so i'm sticking with it.
and as said before, it's working fine. on the lighter skin the box is where it's supposed to be, but when changing back to darker skin, which is the default one, the box jumps down like 300px and the problem appears to other people too, so it's not my computer.
and i came back here, since no one at avacweb is really answering/helping me with this

i actually found another one that worked really fine, so i'll be using that one
