When a member logs in the forum technically they are logged into the chat. they just have to click log in to enter it, but do not have to add their user name or pass. when they click it just puts them right in the chat
Thats just how forumotion chat works.

you can put there in javascript
admin > module > javascript management and create new one

Make sure you enable your Javascript too:
Admin Panel > Modules > Javascript code management > Enable Javascript > Set it to Yes > Save
