How to recover ADMIN password?

Hello, everyone,
i have the following problem: I have tried to change the Admin password which I did successfully. But afterwards, I was unable to log in ever after. As the new password was a bit long i guess I have input one and the same mistake two times . I did not receive a confirmation on my e-mail as I have canceled that option in my admin panel.
If someone can come up with a solution to my problem I would be most thankful.
