IP Banned for asking for Recognition and Intimate Role play?

Put up a creative Common's licence which is all fine and dandy. But I made a system on there that they are using and I wanted to be credited. But when I approached the web master about it, Isao, She banned me for it. I mean all I wanted was that she put my name at the bottom of the thing saying I created the system. ~.~ is that too much to ask? It's in the archives of the site that I created it. But she won't credit me for it. And then she has the site rated CCC or something, which makes no sense to me as I thought you guys didn't allow pornographic material of any sorts be it text or what not. I don't know, it just seems like a big slew of a mess to me and I just don't know what to do. Since they IP banned me I couldn't report it the conventional way, unless I missed something there about that.

Yes I have, several times. I did it another time just before taking this picture as I attempted to do it again, I think it's an ISP based thing when a site catalogs as IP banned it won't even bring up the site? Maybe it's just a complete ISP problem. I'm sure I'm using the right DNS servers and such. So I'm not sure.

What I see:

It's literally a blank page. I'll try to see if there's an HTML problem next. Insepct the element and such.

This is what I get when I try to Inspect the element. It doesn't even allow me to connect to the site at all. It blocks me. I think that's how IP blocking is suppose to work though, isn't it?
