Remove Text "Latest Topics"

I tried this one to remove the "Latest Topics" text and replace it with an image, but for some odd reason it doesn't work on my forum.

My forum's url is http://isolationrpg.one-forum.net/ . I'm using phpbb3.

You won't be able since you need access to the templates, which phpBB3 doesn't support the templates. Sorry.
