Enabling html question

Hello everyone,

And I was wondering if I could somehow automatically enable html (via profile) for every user on my forum using JS.

You cannot enable JavaScript, no.
Only admins have access to the script console, imagine if any random user could log onto your site using a TOR browser, posts a malicious script in a topic and then just walks away, your forum is taken down because of the malicious script and so on...
It's best for you this way, trust me.
