Go to ACP --> Display --> Homepage --> Generalities --> "Display list of connected members during last 24* hours" --> Yes --> Save

Another thing, some members are trying to create an account in the forum but when they do, it says USERNAME is taken, when it is not true. Any idea why is this happening?

A common solution to this problem is this:
ACP --> Security --> "Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames" --> No --> Save
