Left Ctrl + Left Click Not Working

Can someone help me
The Shortcut for open in a new tab which is Left Ctrl + Left Click in my forum is not working
Can someone determine what is the problem and can you give me a code to add this shortcut key "Left Ctrl + Left Click"

I've had this similar problem on a forum that I administrate, and one I don't. I instantly Identified the problems: new tab shortcut doesn't work, urls being stored, and links that refer to the same page not being clickable.

This issue is caused by the Music Player you have installed on your forum. I've notified people of this before on the forums I go to, but they usually didn't listen. If you remove the music player all the glitches you're experiencing should clear up nicely.
