Lost Founder Tool/Forum Password

I have lost my founder password to my forums and is unable to recover it due to it saying something about admin requesting forgotten password is disable and I am unable to p.m someone about it due to me not reaching the required amount of post. How would I be able to contact someone about this issue? Question
