Cannot log in to my Forum
Please can you help me.
I have not been able to log in since Friday May 31st
I use Admin to log in to post, tried several times with different password as my original did not work.
I tried forgot password, reset. the same happen when I also tried my name which is what used to post here,
same happened although would mention I had no problem with password which is same used to post here.
Nothing work for either Admin or my name to log in at my Forum where many guests come to glean.
I don't know what else to do. I'm sorry not very computer literate.

I notice there has to be two posts before I can pm for help, I have posted here in the past unsure if this count or need to be regarding this post.

Can you access here https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ ? If you can then maybe you can use the admin link to get onto your forum and change your password.

Alternatively you can try this tutorial

I clicked the first link which took me to page to give founder address and create new password. It says In a type of shadow wording says "Creators Informations have been updated "
