I noticed that there are backups available on the forumotion service. Is there a way I can save my website's state and database so I can manually backup or use the source code to help others?

You can't physically get your forums database. Your forum automatically does a backup each day.

So I don't actually think what you're asking is possible since you can't physically access the database.

If you mean save your forums database and export it to another forum,should you create one. No you can't, this is not possible.

Well what I and others have told you here is correct, you cannot export your forums database. This is not possible on Forumotion. So there's no way you can do this.
