Forum Backups via Utilities - How Many?

So I've read on here numerous threads about forum backups and I've read the tutorial on backups. However the question I must ask is how many backups can you do before you reach your daily allowance and how long is it before you can start using the backup facility again.

I ask this because on a forum I recently was installing a theme and I kept having trouble but I eventually sorted it out so that isn't the problem. However I did have to do quite a few backups before I finally got it working and I did reach the maximum number of backups via the utilities and I got an error message saying this and to try again later. I should note that this was yesterday I did this.

So my question is, how many do we get before we get this error message and then how long do we have to wait before we can use the backup feature again?

I'm more asking for the future and simply because I'm curious.

I believe you are allowed around 7/8 back ups per 24 hour period.

I didn't think I did that many? haha

I just checked my email for the forum and I think you get 5 (I forgot you get an email sent when recoveries are made)

So is a 24 hour wait then?

The threshold may have decreased for security reasons from my last major backup
