How do you enable the topic icons? On my forum there are no topic icons when creating a new topic, however there are topic icons in pic management. For some strange reason they are not showing when making a new topic.

Are you sure the authentication levels are set correctly?

I don't think the default topic icons show up. So I'd suggesting add new ones if you haven't done so already. I just tested adding a solved one from that tutorial and it seemed to work.

I totally do not understand this. I added a icon to that section "topic icons" now I can't get rid of it. I thought maybe my adding an icon I could arrange them in the order I want so it shows as an option icon to use like the "Solved" icons are on here, but instead it puts an icon on every topic in the topics list. Not what I wanted at all now I can't get rid of it. What a mess.

Maybe, you made it the default topic icon thats why its showing on all threads.

I finally changed that default icon to another one, but I still can't make the new icon I have uploaded show while making a new post, its not an option to add an icon for a new topic. So I'm wondering if i need to enable topic icons or not because the topic icon I uploaded is not showing next to the subject text field while making a new topic.

Heres the text editor, as you can see no icons are appearing.

On my Invision forum, they appear at the bottom under the message box. They are the last option at the bottom.

OH there they are!! lol Wow I had no idea they were down there I'm used to phpbb3 having them at the top by the subject field. Ok thanks Sig found them.
