How to make it so all members can see links?

any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Btw I only have admin access to this site, I am not the founder.

ACP --> General --> Security --> Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : --> No

No that setting only gives members permission to post links. 

If you want all members and guests to see links in posts.You have to go to where it says forums and categories, then change the setting to allow to see links in forums-then change it to all. If you want guests to see links. Or members if you only want logged in members to see them.

You have to do that with each forum or category if you want links to be visible in all forums or sections of your forum.

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
You will need to go through each forum's permissions and look for this at the top of each permission page, "See links in messages."  It is a drop-down menu.
