    As I understand, he means the mail that you receive when you register for activating? Do you want to know how many mails the server can send each hour? Very Happy

    uhm, sorry for the late response

    I was saying about the person who register is waiting too long for the confirmation about the registration, if they didn't receive a confirmation he/she can't log-in there account. cheers

    If they do not get the email, you can activate the accounts here:

    Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Inactive LIst
