I need them to look similar. I don't want the ranks to deviate too much from eachother. Also the little "TBA" text needs to be unintrusive. It should just be there to avoid any RIPPING. I have an example of a rank bar right here:

If so I will work on the rest when i get the time, tomorrow.  Also you might want to re-think the tester and teacher colors. Black on black won't work.

Those look amazing! Can you make "TBA" a tad smaller though?

Sure, but i didn't make these ranks, these were made by someone else over at Deviant art, I'm just editing them.  Credit goes to that designer for creating them. (whoever you are) these are from the sample you posted.   As for the other two ranks tester & teacher let me know what color you want for those the black text wont work with a black background.
