Not showing the year when writing posts in my forum

How to do to show when he wrote the opinion of the users. We show only the date mesetsai in how scratching is written, but the year did not show it.

I think if the year is 2012, it will show. If its 2013, it doesn't show.

Choose the date with the year for both.

Log out of your forum & see it as a guest.

I came out of my account and it is not visible.

Same thing, change the date format.
Also hit F5 to refresh or clear cache.
