    Solved Screen going blank?

    Post by JennyorAlice 10/7/2013, 02:18

I have a user on my forum that says their screen will just go blank when they are on my forum. Is this something on my end or on their end? If this is something on my end, what can I do to fix it?

    Hi,

You're not officially receiving the same issue as them? If so, ask the user to clear his or her browser's cache. Wink

    Regards,
    Sir Chivas.

I also have a follow up question, does it give an error code or does the site just suddenly go blank?

If so, is like black or white screen they see?

    Hello,

When I visited your forum, I did not encounter any problems. The problem is quite likely to be on their end instead.

Thank you for the replies. That helps. Thanks.

I kind of figured it might be something on their end because I wasn't experiencing the same things.

    Marking this as 'solved'.
