How can I create a border around the user profile like this one ?




And put a picture next to the user fields like this one which you can see in the picture above .

And put a border for the user fields which you can also see in the picture above.

For the images:
Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Profiles
There should be a box to enter an image's link for the profile when you create a new one or modify an old one.
