    I am an inexperienced admin on a forum. 
    The founder has lost her password and asked me to retrieve it.
    Where on the Administration Panel can I find the passwords?

    The founder will need to come here and read this - https://help.forumotion.com/t93821-lost-founder-s-password . You can not see passwords.
