    Solved Lost Account & Password

    Dear Forumotion,


    I am the founder, the ONLY admin and moderator of a forum.

    I'm trying to log in, but my account is lost. 

    Since my account is lost, my forum remains online without founder and admin.


    So, I would like to ask you to recover my account or, if it is impossible, to delete completely my forum.

    I cannot do it right now because in order to do it, you have to have an account. My account is deleted-lost.
    So, firstly, I need my account back, or else I would like to delete my forum completely.

    The founder account can't be deleted , and if you want to delete the forum without an account try to litigate him : https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/

    A founder account can't be deleted? I said it because there isn't at memberlist.

    Is there anybody who knows an e-mail to talk to any member of the staff?

    Try this:

    Go to Forum Utilities - https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ - and see if you can log in and directly access the administration panel of your forum.

    When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
    Never post your email in public.
