    Solved blog/forum question

Post by Khaoz July 27th 2013, 7:47 pm

I'm just wondering if there was a way to have both the blog system and forum system. for example:
blogging on the portal for the "news"
    Example:
blog/forum question Xk2j - (enjin host not forumotion)
but still have the forums so that there would be forum sections without it all be html page. Basically a way for officers (mods/admin)[not owner] without needing access to the html page? not sure if that makes any sense :o

You do know there is a blog option.

Administration Panel > Modules > Blogs

It shouldn't I added a blog to a forum I was an admin on and it had a lot of Javascripts and CSS and nothing bad happened, it worked perfectly.

ah okay i see. I got a little worried b.c i remember once in the past (years ago) you could either turn your forum into a blog or a forum. I tested it on a new dummy forum and it works so i guess i will use it!
