More color choices in the Quick Reply box?

But, I would really like to have this instead: https://2img.net/h/oi39.tinypic.com/2upagc4.png
Is there a code for this? Or is it something in the ACP that I'm overlooking? Any help is much appreciated!

Please change the title of your topic, that is related to
your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their
question/issue using the search engine.

Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Configuration
Type of the editor colors palette: Extended
