Click on printscreen, then open paint, or some image, and click ctrl+v (Ctrl and V). Upload picture and that's all.

Can you explain your problem, what you do? And what is happend, where you have problem?

What operating system are you using?

If you're using Windows Vista, Windows 7 or 8, I would suggest using the
default windows application called "Snipping Tool". It's basically a screen
capture program, works really well. You can save the image after capturing
what you need to your "Images" folder, then you can transfer it to an image
hosting site such as ServImg, Image Shack, Flickr, etc.

    Hope this helps!
