How do I add two different colors on usernames?

I've noticed the staff here has two colors on their member ranks.

Like this: 

But of course as I said on the title, I don't want it on the rank, I want it on the username. Is that possible?

I also want to remove the part where it mentions the rank of the member. Since I already have rank buttons to identify the rank of each member.

If you want in rank two colors try this writte in rank name.

In place of Administrator writte

Code:

<font color="#ff0000">Admin</font>istrator

If you want that, but bold writte this:

Code:

<strong><font color="#ff0000">Admin</font>istrator</strong>

in place of #ff0000 you writte html code for color.

I want to give two colors to the username, not the rank. But thank you anyways

 Only one problem has been solved.
