So When people try to register to my forum, it tells them that administrator isn't allowing new members. How can I change this?

    Hi,

Quite often you can hit something by mistake or change a setting that has a knock on affect.

Read this guide and see if it helps https://help.forumotion.com/t35100-how-to-unlock-your-forum
