my forum is http://www.kristoff.forumotion.com and my issue is that it is difficult for my friends and others to join in my forum especially in the registration process. And it happened that two were able to register ( i received their email notifications) yet their usernames can't be found in my memberlist or when I searched for their names. 

Hope anybody can help me in this issue. I appreciate so much any assistance from you guys.

i did what you suggested...and now im just waiting for any member to register and check if he/she can make it on my forum and if his/her name will appear in the forum itself.....will let you know of any further updates......

I recently had a new member and I saw her name already appearing on the list of members. I express my gratitude to everyone who had helped me solved my concern. Thanks a lot guys.....
