Hello,
I've started a forum with a forum RPG game and I'm a little nooby in forum topics. I'm sorry, but I was unable to find the answers to those specific questions in the FAQ.
I have a few difficulties:
1. I wanted to make a forum under a category, where a member can create, read and write in his own topic, but other users cannot read or write in other topics besides their own. Is that possible? I had in mind, that the users would post all details about their characters (secret ones such as specific statistics, flaws, enemies etc.), that only the Game masters could see. Perhaps there is a better way to do this?
2. I wanted to make a separate forum for all the users (one for each member), where they could describe their actions in secret, before I reveal some of them at the end of the week (it's a time/action system in this game), but creating a separate group for each user to grant permission to view and modify their own forum is very time-consuming even in the beginning and will be even more so if I ever want to expand. Is there a more comfortable way to do that?
