Requesting changes to "new pm" button.

Creation Type: Change flashing mode, colors, and possibly size, of "new pm" button.  
  Size (In Pixels): Same size as it already is - 60 X 22, or slightly larger - see 3. below.
  Primary Colors: Green and blue as specified below.
  Secondary Colors: White, if needed.
  Images to include: The words "new pm" in flashing mode.
  Text to Insert : No additional text.
  Font (Provide Download Link): Ariel or Walkway Black, whichever matches our current nav bar font better.  
  Font Color: Use green for "new" and blue for "pm" - see 2. below.

Here is our current "new pm" button.

1. We are requesting that this button should be made to flash in a slower way, and to pause for a second before flashing again.

2. We are also requesting for these colors to be used:  

"new" in green= #33cc33
"pm" in blue= #3366cc

3. Finally, if possible, can the size of the letters be increased slightly?  As it seems now, comparing the size of the letters of "new pm" to the size of the letters of other words in the navigation bar, the letters of "new pm" seem smaller than the letters of the buttons on either side of them.  It may be only an optical illusion, but that is the way it seems.  If there is a way to correct it, that would be great!

I like the way it looks and the flashing speed is great.

I tried it out in my nav bar and noticed that it is sitting just above the level of the other buttons in the bar.
Here is the screenshot of that:

Can this be corrected?

I tried both of them several times.  
 
The first one (newpm10.gif) lines up great  , but the thin black line on top does not line up with the black lines of "profile" and "log out."

The second one (newpm210.gif) lines up pretty good, but it shows a thin white break between it and the nav bar "profile" image to the left of it.

Can either one be adjusted?

It looked like the text needed to be lower, so I moved it down by 2 pixels.

 
Thanks!  The words and the gray gradient that runs down the middle of the image are both lined up perfectly.  Thank you very much, this is the look and flashing mode that we wanted.

I tried every way I could to see the Complete icon, but it's not showing for me.
