why we are banned while we do not violate terms ?

There would of been some sort of violation, OnlineGardien do not go around and ban for no reason

If you had any cracks/hacks/tv shows/download links these are also not permitted.

4rkinggame.com is one forum to share the game, and did not entertain any breach.
This is a mistake.

The only thing you can do is press the contests this decision button on that page.  When it is banned by Onlineguardian, it is out of Forumotion's hands.

Last forum OInlineguardian also banned once, it was released after the admin help me thanks 1 forumotion help.

If YOU did not make the game, and no-one on your forum made it, this is a breach of copyright laws, which is illegal on forumotion forums.

Since data servers from Forumotion are located on France, you have to be in compliance with the laws from there and from your own country. The TOS that you have to follow are the same, globally.

This warning is a pattern. Actually, it's given before the deactivation of your forum. Then, you'll be able to search and find the illegal contents. If your forum is too big, look forward to search key words in your language that can compromise your forum such as "downloads, games..." and other words such as famous titles like "GTA, A movie title"... You can also block some downloads sites to guarantee your accordance with the TOS.

Yes, you have to delete any content that violates the TOS. Ask for your members help, using the "Report abuse" page. You can access those reports on:

Misc >> Support >> Reported abuses

As I said, you can use the censorship tool to block some download sites that maybe are the cause of the problem.

Well Kenshin, Forumotion have suspended the Online Guardian ban on your forum. So they have now given you a 48 hour warning to clean up your forum. So you have been given a second chance.

So use that time to read the terms of service and remove any content that violates it. Then your forum won't be banned. You must not let any of your members post stuff that could be breaking the terms. As this could also get your forum banned.
You have to be very careful with online games as many are copyright which is forbidden on Forumotion and other forum hosts.

These online games are shared on the forum are the games share a lot on many forums, I believe that the issue of copyright infringement warnings from forumotion be unrelated to the game.
It's hard to know which forum I pirated the problem to be solved: (

This abuse managment is what your members can use to report illegal contents to help you. This is a way so they can help you to detect those illegal topics. You have to search and find the copyright infringement by yourself since you must be capable to honor with the TOS.

If you have moderators and administrators have them help you remove the violations.  You need to inform your members how to report violations to the staff.  Also you need to inform your staff to make sure that everything (links, images, downloads, etc.) on your forum does not break the Terms of Service.  It is your responsibility to know what does or does not break the Terms of Service.

Forumotion copyright notice me Infringement forum, so FM has identified where copyright Infringement.
So please Forumotion irregularities pointed out specific issues, I will immediately remove such problems.

The litigation team will not tell you the specific violations. They will just tell you the category which is breaking the Terms of Service.

So it will be difficult for me to make the elimination of violations by copyright Infringement problems too large in many areas, even more difficult when I have too many forum posts.

Look for anything that is related to things that were not created by you or your members on your forum, like images, links, downloads, music, videos, etc. If you have any hacks or cracks, you need to remove them.

You're welcome. You need to really go through the whole forum, not just the sections that have hacks and cracks.

I dont think it's possible to re-check whole forums with just 48hours, he have double more content than this support forums, imagine to need recheck all possible posts which are 1.7mil. Think forumotion managers should give him more time.

We need to know specifically delete the post if it is a violation of their legal rights.
Forum we share most of the online game by the issuer company, which is helping to promote their game to more gamers.
So we can just delete the post as cracks, hacks and all possible violations of the TOS.
As the author of copyright infringement, we can not detect where it came from ... : (

It is not our job to check your forum for violations, that is your job.  Also we are English.  Your forum is not in English.

P.S.  I am having trouble understanding what you are saying about the game you keep referring to.
