So there is this user that I do not want on my site and he keeps on creating new accounts to get into my site. At one point where I actually considered him a friend and we got into a fight, he made a new account because I deleted hsi account. So now, after I was finished with him once and for all, he came back into my site with a new account! I know this because I knew his email and he used it to make the new account. So now I want to IP ban him and it doesnt say anywhere how to do it! Please help!
