Copyright infringement servimg.com

Hello,

I have a similar problem to the one described here.  

I discovered one of my copyrighted images is hosted on servimg.com without my approval and might thus be used on other websites or forums, which constitutes a copyright infringement.

I've sent an e-mail to the domain name registration e-mail address but I'm not sure this is a working address and I didn't receive an e-mail.

Since this forum is referenced from servimg.com and since servimg.com doesn't have a correct way to send a DMCA notice, I would like to ask your help.

The image in question is hosted by servimg.com at servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=111&u=18454819&lang=en while the original image is at velowire.com/article/776/en/tour-de-france-2014--the-rumours-about-the-race-route-and-the-stages-.html

Even though this is not necessary for copyright to apply, it is mentioned many times on the picture itself this is a copyrighted image.

Could you please help me to get this image removed from servimg.com without forcing me to take any legal action against this image hosting service which, in itself, hasn't done anything wrong but which apparently has some users who don't respect the terms of service and who don't respect copyright?

Well the servming account is usually linked with the forum as you need to create a forumotion forum to get a servming account (I think).

So your best option would be to fill out a complaint against the forum ( https://help.forumotion.com/t12330-complaint-against-a-forum-how-to ) and detail that they have copyrighted images and that they are hosted on servming.

Perhaps one of the Forumotion Staff might have a better solution but that's all I can think of doing.

How can I forward this to her? When I try to PM her, the forum shows me the message "You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages" ...
