Hi, I recently started my new forum and I have 2 members. One of the members posted a message yesterday, but today it tells them "You have to wait 7 days to post as a member. Please contact the forum admin for more info." Please help me quickly!

It's not a case of that he can't post for 7 days its that he can't post links for 7 days.
To disable this go to ACP --> General --> Security --> Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails --> No --> Save
